to boldly go...

This morning Tristan was sitting on the edge of my bed eating his cereal. I said to him. "Tristan, Eat that at the table please." He said "Why?" I said, because you might spill it. He said "There is a 2% chance that will happen. A 98% chance that it wont." He kept eating his cereal on the edge of my bed. What do you say to that?

Then after I got myself ready for the day, I came into the living room, where Tristan was on the computer. He was watching original Star Trek episodes on You Tube..quoting the entire beginning spiel..to boldly go where no man has gone before..

He is such an amazing kid, with an old soul. He loves Steamboat Willie, old Tom and Jerry and the Little Rascals. I often wonder what he will be when he grows up. I know this for sure, he will always keep the world guessing.
